At the heart of this year's developments is our new website, www.vervefoundation.co.uk, which now serves as a central hub for individuals and firms looking to engage with our work. It showcases the impact we've achieved so far and makes it easier than ever to get involved.
We've also refreshed our Adviser Incubator programme, strengthening the support available to advisers at every stage of their journey - from first exploring the idea of starting their own business, right through to growing and scaling it for long-term success.
Alongside this, we've enhanced our New Talent programmes, widening access and strengthening development pathways so we can bring hundreds more people into financial services and connect them with firms ready to offer them their first step in a new career.
Internally, we've rebuilt our team, creating a stronger structure to support our expanding ambitions. And looking ahead, we're already working on new initiatives - including enhanced recruitment support and a podcast that will share the stories of those whose lives have been changed by the Foundation's work.
We remain the only independent, not-for-profit entirely focused on practically supporting and enhancing financial services, and the growing number of people backing what we do makes all of it possible.
