Introducing Careers in Finance, a new jobs platform designed to tackle one of financial services' most persistent problems - connecting ambitious candidates with the firms ready to hire them.
The issue has never been a shortage of interest. As our CEO and founder Cathi Harrison puts it, every time we open a training programme or a graduate hire, hundreds of applications come in. The challenge is that those candidates simply can't find the firms willing to give them their first opportunity. This platform is built to bridge that gap.
Built in partnership with Striver, an Australian company with thirteen years of experience growing the next generation of financial advisers, the platform brings proven technology to the UK market.
The platform is permanently free for candidates. Firms pay an annual access fee plus £750 per successful hire, which compares very favourably to the 20–25% of salary typically charged by traditional recruiters.
